Dear Parents.

Welcome to Year 4.

Please read the Autumn Newsletter in the Newsletter section below for an overview of the curriculum this term.

There are also some dates and information regarding homework.

We are still using some of the online education platforms for homework.

The logins for these are gradually being added to the BACK of the children's reading journals. As these books move between home and school each day, the children should always have access to this information.

We look forward to a successful year and speaking to you at Parents' Evening later in October.

SCHOOL GAMES

Physical and emotional wellbeing is vital at a time when children’s lifestyles could easily become more sedentary. The Dorset School Organisers working in partnership with Active Dorset have developed fun resources and challenges to support families and schools to ensure that we can keep active and healthy during this challenging time of isolation. We will provide daily inspiration and inclusive activities which will encourage children and young people to achieve 60 minutes of physical activity every day. In the 'Related Files' section on this page you will find activity ideas and links to recommended resources.
