SENDiass4BCP is an impartial, confidential, "arm's-length" service for children and young people (up to the age of 25) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and their parents/carers. They provide information, advice, and support with relation to education, social, and healthcare matters. The service operates face-to-face, virtually, over the telephone, and via email for families living in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

 

The service operates a 'self-referral' process and accepts referrals from young people, and parents/carers via our dedicated helpline or via email.

 

The Advice Line is open Monday to Thursday, 09:30 - 12:30: 01202 128181 all voicemails are responded to within 5 working days.
