It is helpful for the school to have certain information concerning parent’s whereabouts in case of emergency. We also need to have details of any significant physical or medical history and your family doctor. 

It would be very helpful if you could provide the school with your home telephone number and two other emergency contact numbers. Please keep us informed of any changes in family circumstances and changes of telephone numbers and address. This information is treated with confidence. A special form will be sent to parents at the beginning of Year 3.
