Book Club

Book club for the Lower Juniors meets on a Thursday after school until 4:15pm.

We hear from authors via video clips, share and discuss our favourite books and ones we've read together and read stories, poems and articles.

Anything book-related we enjoy - making bookmarks, our own mini-books, visiting the library and members have the chance to offer their ideas about how we spend our time at book club.

When we first started, members were asked, "Why have you joined book club?" and the resounding answer was,"We LOVE reading!"
