Week 2

WOW! The children are doing so well with their ukulele learning - WELL DONE!

This week, we learnt how to play the C major chord. 

Remember to:

- use your 3rd finger. Most of you will have a red dot to show where your finger needs to go ( I have bought some new stickers for those of you who do not have one yet).

- Hold down string 1.

- Place your finger in the 3rd 'house/box'.

We then used this to play along with two songs:

1. A Sailor Went To Sea Sea Sea. Remember to play the C chord on the repeated words where the chord picture is.

2. Animal Fair. For this one we strum the C chord regularly on the beat throughout the song.
